At Tecnair, we work closely with clients to create bespoke pneumatic solutions. Our highly skilled engineers use state of the art machinery to create products catered specifically to client needs.

Concept

We collaborate with our clients to develop ideas into finished products. Our expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, hydra-check cylinders, mechanical engineering and electronic control allow us to create these solutions for our clients.

Design

Following extensive consultation, we can provide an initial concept design, followed by creating a detailed 3D CAD drawing package for client’s approval.

Prototyping

Once designs are approved, prototypes are manufactured in-house and submitted to the client for trials. Extensive test facilities are made available to our clients when in-house testing is required.

Manufacturing

Once prototypes have been approved, we are ready to tool-up for production! Products are manufactured using the very latest CNC machines in our Saltaire factory.

Assembly Testing

We develop our own assembly and pressure test systems, to specifically suit each bespoke product. Our leak test facility enables us to test ultra-low pressures and vacuum (using helium gas for molecule particle measurement) and also high pressure hydraulics up to 300 bar.
